We recently took a holiday to edinburgh and rented a small house just outside the city centre. It was fantastic – we had public transport just a five minute walk from the house, and it meant we were able to commute in and out of the city very easily and cheaply.
We also had a car, and the motorway links were close, allowing us to get further afield and out to coastal areas of scotland.

Jst installed an exclusive timber loft ladder
After having a simple metal loft ladder for years, we finally have installed an exclusive timber loft ladder now.
The ladder looks fantastic – the wood is beautiful, and it actual looks like a feature in the room – that we haven’t bothered folding the ladder back into the loft – it looks great.
It is great in the winter as well – as the wood doesn’t get cold like the old metal ladder used to, which makes using it a lot more pleasant!
The wooden ladder is one of the best purchases we have made this year – and we got it at a great price in a new season sale!
